UNIT #1- Sleeps two, two single beds, full bath with shower, electric heat, ceiling fan, mini fridge, microwave. Full porch. Deck with table & chairs. $75.00 per night / $500.00 week

UNIT #2- Sleeps four, two bedrooms with full size bed in each. Mini fridge, microwave. Full bath with shower, electric heat. Full porch. Deck with tables and chairs. $85.00 per night / $550.00 week

UNIT #3- Sleeps up to five, two bedrooms with full size bed in each. Living room with TV, full eat in kitchen with all utensils supplied. Full bath with shower. Electric heat. Deck with table and chairs.$95.00 per night / $650.00 week

All our units were upgraded in 2004. All have new carpets, bathrooms, drapes and linens. All for your comfort and enjoyment. We are located at the mid section of the lake convenient to the fishing access and the two public swimming areas located at the north and south ends of the lake. We do not have direct access to the lake from our property. We offer super clean, quiet and relaxing accommodations at great rates. Gift shop on premise for your shopping pleasure.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to an increase in cancellations on prime weeks/weekends, management may request that certain dates be paid for in full* when reservation is made. Refunds will only be made under extreme circumstances with approved documentation. All other reasons refer to reservation policy below.

RESERVATION POLICY: Vermont 9% Rooms Tax added to above rates at check-in. Special rates for long term stays available. Visa and MasterCard accepted. A minimum* of a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. If for any reason you cannot hold to the date of your occupancy, management will retain deposit until and if the unit is rented.

On cancellations that involve a death and/or hospital stay or members of your immediate family, we will need written proof of that incident and your full deposit will be refunded.

GUEST REMOVAL POLICY: Any guest or guests that are (but not limited to) disturbing the peace, bothering other renters, obnoxious behavior and damage/destruction of our property can and will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Depending on the circumstances, management reserves the right to hold any and all monies until damage estimates can be obtained. On rentals of a month or more, a 50% deposit is required upon making the reservation and an additional 25% deposit is due at least 3 months prior to occupancy. Balance due upon arrival. It is strongly suggested that month or longer rentals book 10-12 months prior to occupancy. Blue Anchor Cabins is generally open from May 1st to October 31st. If allowed by management, each person in access of occupancy totals listed above will be charged $10.00 per night. NOTICE: No pets of any kind allowed on the grounds. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries to guests or for loss of money or valuables of any kind. CHECK IN: 1 PM CHECK OUT: 10 AM
